kittyd Posted May 28, 2013 Report Posted May 28, 2013 Hi All, Me with my husband are scheduled for h1 and h4 visa interview on this 30&31 May.However, yesterday we got all letters from company and noticed that the salary filled in ds-160 is as per old LCA and new LCA shows slight higher...so we are filling new ds-160 for my husband now...do he new to re submit mine too .... PLZ PLZ help and suggest do we need to carry both ds-160 Thanks..
sthamago Posted May 28, 2013 Report Posted May 28, 2013 Yes its better to resubmit yours too... New DS 160 should be enough for the interview. However its better to carry the old DS 160 if VO asks something which could be helpful for reference.
