chamanpreet Posted May 28, 2013 Report Posted May 28, 2013 Hi Everyone, My question is - Spouse is working on H1 and his labor is in audit, his H1 is going to expire in Oct 2013 and current date on audit case are active for those who has filed before June 2012 but we filed in Dec 2012 and this is spouse 6th year in U.s.a, now we have just 4 months . is it possible that labor will be clear in couple of month or have u personally know someone who have been in same situation? Please let me know if u have some other option . Appreciate every bit of information .
rohang Posted May 28, 2013 Report Posted May 28, 2013 very bleak chance, as currently June date is going on. I know someone who has June filling with audit, he is still waiting. so seeing date on website doesn't mean you will get immediate response.
