H1 B got denied -Options

Hi ,

Here is the question

I am in OPT extension my status is going to be expired in 06/15/2013

My H1 got picked up but i got RFE and now i got denied on (05/21/2013) due to some Vendor

relation ship

Q1-We are going to reopen the H1 B case what are the possibility s

how many days it will take to reopen the case

Q2- once We reopen the H1 B Case still i am in status (because my OPT is going expired on 06/15/2013) or do i need to take any college i 20 for now

Please advice me .......?

Why was it denied and what makes you think that now the case is stronger? has anything been changed now since the last denial?

1. It all depends on the case details

2. You cannot work after your current OPT expires. But joining a school just to maintain status will make things worst.
