H4 stamping clarifications - Visa interview process

hi,

i got married recently last month - Spouse on H1 valid until sep 30'th

She is travelling next week to US for work

Am planning to go for H4 next week at Chennai consulate

I had got an H1B approval in 2010 but did not get my h1b stamped due to 221(g) issued for some clarifications from my old employer in 2011 - after that I didnot pursue the h1b till date...

Will this be any reason for my H4 rejection ? since I already had a H1B refused in 2011

Any suggestions and advice for similar kind of H4 scenarios

Points to note

1. Me and my spouse - both are married for second time

2. My spouse H1B is on single status

3. We have original marriage certificate + wedding album and all other H1 related documents of my wife

4. We have got all the divorce documents of our first marriages in original

5. My wife passport bears the first husband name still (since the passport validity is for another 8 years - the passport we have not yet removed the name yet)

6. I do not have my first wife name in my passport

Any suggestions for any document that needs to be taken care for the visa interview at the consulate will be of immense help to me
