PERM Run into Audit

[H1-Amendment]

Hello Friends,

My employer Filed PERM application in November 2012, and recieved an audit in Feb - 2013. He responded the audit in Mar first week. My H1-B expires in Sep - 2014.

I am looking an option of switching employer, so that I can get the new Perm started with new employer. Please suggest is this the right approach ?

If Sep 2014 is your 6 year cut off, you better do it soon and have the new employer start process from Day 1 to avoid complications at the end. it would be still difficult for you to file 365 days prior to cut off, but you should be able to get things approved in time to extend to 7th year.
