atgofbhs Posted May 25, 2013 Report Posted May 25, 2013 My H1B was denied because of some clerical errors in the form and my employer filled MTR and it was approved. But since the MTR was under process for about a month i was living in USA. From my research online i came to know that onces MTR is approved i am back in status. Now i am planning to go for H1B stamping in India. Will the lack of paystubs for a month create a problem?
