Regarding Visa Stamping

Hi,

I had a H1B of Employer A stamped for one year in my passport and it expired in Dec 2012.

Second time i got an extension for another year for the same employer and it will expire in Dec 2013. Now i am planning to go to india in October and My employer is going to file another extension and let say i get it for another year till Dec 2014.

I have to go for Visa Stamping. My question is like i will get my Visa stamped for 2013 which is my 1st extension or till dec 2014?

When you go for stamping (assuming your visa got extended before your interview date) then provide new i 797 to VO then you will get stamped until 2014 Dec.

Can i schedule an appointment for stamping in October right away or shall i wait for new I-797 and then get an appointment?

Do i need new I-797 while making an appointment?
