Applying SSN based on EAD.( What name to use)

Hi All,

I need your input what name to be used for applying SSN based on EAD.

Here is my background.

My Name

In Passport :

Given Name : FRANCIS JOSHUA

SURNAME : RAVINDRAN

In EAD :

Given Name : FRANCIS JOSHUA

fAMILYNAME : RAVINDRAN

Do I need to apply for SSN based on below , please suggest..

SSN application :

First Name : Francis Middle : Joshua LastName : Ravindran

or

FirstName : Francis Joshua Middle: blank LastName : Ravindran.

I am concern about work authorization verification based on EAD (i.e Everify), will it say name mismatch.

Please suggest me, what name to be used?
