Planning to travel OLD employe I797 and new employer stamped Visa

My case is : I have transfered my visa in May 2012 to some other employer, which was initially valid till 2013 through old employer and petetion with nem employer got approved till Mar2015, I worked for about 2 monts new employer and came to India attended for stamping, git succcessful with validity till 2015.

I came to India on vacation May2012, got isa stamped and unfortunately got stucked in India for abour 1 year, due to family and health reasons, mean while I lost relationship with New Employer, not sure he revoeked my visa ot not ?

As my old employer got urgetn job oppurtunity, My I797 with them is valid till Sep 2013, as I have visa stamping in my passport till Mar2015 throguh new comapny, Can I come to USA work for Old employer using his petetion and new employer visa ? if so what kind of documnet do i need to carry to show at POE.
