My H1B Premium processing is approved and will be going for stamping in a week or so. As per petition my contract is starting by June 2013. Once visa is stamped then I will be serving 2 months of notice period. What kind of questions I can expect at the port of entry? Early response will be highly appeciated.
omshiv Posted May 22, 2013 Report Posted May 22, 2013 Is this your first H1? Just carry all your H1 docs and if your employer is a Consulting company, carry the Client letter too.
