Returning to Same Employer with EAD and AP

Hi,

Here are my details and questions, please help answer.

Current Queue: EB3

Priority Date: March 2005

Country of Citizenship: India

Qualifications:

4 Yrs Bachelors in Electronics (India) - 1995

2 Yrs Computers Certificate (India) - 1998

2 Yrs Masters of Science in Engineering Mgmt (USA) - 2004

Work Experience: 17+ Yrs

I got my EAD and AP and started working for Company 1 using it since 2008. I moved to Company 2 in March 2013 using AC21 portability in order to reapply for GC in EB2 and use March 2005 priority date. I did not reapply for GC through Company 2. I am planning to quit Company 2 and head back to Company 1 in June 2013.

Questions:

1) Do I need to restart any of my GC processes - like LCA, AOS, EAD, AP etc?

2) Is there a minimum number of days wait before I can safely head back to Company 1 without jeopardizing the current EAD on EB3?

3) Can I reapply in EB2 with Company 1 and use the old priority date and not jeopardize the GC process?

4) Do I have to accept the same job responsibilities which I used to have in Company 1 before I left or can I join a higher/executive job category?

5) Are there any other considerations I need to keep in mind?
