harish7447 Posted May 21, 2013 Report Posted May 21, 2013 Sorry for cross posting. I have my approved I-140 with company A. Then I changed to Employer B. As I was past 6 years, they used my 140 to file for my H1. Now at company B, my labor process has been applied. Now I want to go back to Company A & they are willing to apply for my H1. Is that okay or will there be issues? Please someone let me know. Appreciate it a lot. Thanks kanna
ateetshah Posted May 21, 2013 Report Posted May 21, 2013 No issues at all. As a matter of fact, you won't even need new Labor if your new and old position/location are same. Just wait for dates to get current with employer A. Maybe CIR one day will help your cause ? Good luck and fingers crossed.

The location is not the same but the LCA has been filed with a different position. Can we change that when applying for the H1 so that we need not file for labor & 140 again. Or can the LCA be amended? Please let know. Thanks so much again
