H1-B extension revoked due to late I-140 filing

Hi,

My I-129 approved almost 1.5 years ago for my 7th year extension has been revoked.

My employer says the attorney filed my I-140 late and that is the reason for the revoking notice.

He is working with a new attorney on getting a new I-140 filed online and H1-B extension immediately after that. Then he plans to appeal the decision on original I - 140 denial.

Any one else who had a similar issue or any ideas on how to proceed from my end?
