Hi,

I have filed my PERM on June 06 2012, Had a Random query around 1st week of august and i have replied to it on 15th of august. My lawyer emailed me today and said that my application went to BALCA review and would take long time to get a decision, and they are thinking to re-apply. I never heard of anything like this. IS this some thing rare ? What would happen to my priority date ? I have done my Master's in US and was filed under Eb2.
