aditi123 Posted May 20, 2013 Report Posted May 20, 2013 I am applying for a COS from H4 to F1 and will be joining school in fall2013. My sponsors are : my husband and my father-in-law. As proof, I would be submitting bank letters,I-134(husband) and supporting letters signed by my sponsors. Here's my question: For my Father-in-law's(India) supporting letter, do I need to get it notarized(since I am not submitting a I-134 signed by him)? I would be doing this only if absolutely essential, as i am already late for my COS application. Thanks a lot! Aditi.
