H4 vs EAD --> Traveling to India

Hello,

I am traveling to India on August 15th.

I came to USA in Feb 2010 on H4 (dependent visa).

Later on my husband renewed his H1 and I got my H4 renewed and the petition for same is valid through Dec 2013.

My husband filed for I-485 based on FB-4 category petition that was filed for him by his elder brother. Before we could recieve Green Card priority dates retrogressed. We filed for EAD and Advance Parole (AP)

We recieved EAD card and AP doucument as a result of pending I-485.

I am traveling to India, do I need to get H1B visa stamped or is it OK to use EAD and Advance Parole to re-enter US (esp when my H4 petition is still valid thourgh Dec 2013)?

You may travel on EAD/AP as long as its valid.
