H4 stamping in London?

Hello

I am currently on a valid H1 visa but with an expired stamp. I also have a valid H4 I797 (from before I got my h1 approval last yr)

I am accompanying my husband to UK and would be applying for my H4 stamping since I dont want to work anymore after I get back.

My question is - can I apply for H4 stamping in UK, although I have never visited UK and currently going on a visitor visa.

What I have been reading, it talks about how H1 stamping might be an issue, since the consulate might not be able to do education evaluation, but since I would be going for H4 stamping, it should be ok.

Any suggestions?

Yes, shouldnt be an issue for H4 stamping.
