Dependent H4 travel during H1 transfer

Hi,

I have stamped valid H1-B visa till oct-2014 with Company A and my wife has H4 stamped till Oct-2014 but she is in India. I am planning to transfer the my H1-B with company B in month June-2013 (might be 2nd week or 3rd week). Also at the same time my wife is coming to US. My questions are

1. Are there any problems at POE for her?

2. Which company she has to tell to CBP officer, is it company A or B?

3. During her travel, if company B petition approved , are there any complications for her at POE?

5.Let us say if petition with company B approved during her travel, what she need to tell to CBP (company A or company B)?

Petition approved after few days of her entry with comp A visa

6. Let us say she entered without issues and after that we got transfer approval do i need to update my and her information with USCIS

She has to show the approved H1 petition of the employer you are working for at the moment she enters. All other questions are redundant. As long as you remain in valid H1 status with ANY employer she remains in valid H4 status after entry.
