equa.monde Posted May 19, 2013 Report Posted May 19, 2013 Hi, I have new I-797 which is valid till 2016. My Visa expires 13 Sept 2013. I have my tickets booked from back from India on 6 Sept 2013. I cannot go for stamping in India this time. Will there be any issue during re-entry?
