Thazhamboo Posted May 18, 2013 Report Posted May 18, 2013 Hi, I have filed my H1B extension on last year April,2012 and received approved petition on June,2012. But, I received an email from USCIS on May 7th, 2013 and says that "My case is approved". After a week, May 13th, 2013 received another email from USCIS says that " Post Decision Activity On May 13, 2013, the previous decision made on your case was revoked and we mailed you a notice explaining the decision. If you have not received the notice within 14 days of the date above, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for further assistance. If you move, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address. In between my family went to India and stamped their H4 on May 1st 2013 and traveled back to USA on May 10th 2013. Now, the question is what did they revoked. Am I in trouble? Thank you,
whatshisnameb Posted May 21, 2013 Report Posted May 21, 2013 One silly question. Is this notification for the same Case Number as the one that was Approved? If so, you may have to check with an attorney on the same. That was my two cents from a recent experience.
