sapremo Posted May 17, 2013 Report Posted May 17, 2013 I currently have my labor and I-140 approved with Company A.I am on H4 (my wife is on H1B). I still have 5 days left in my 6 years of H1B. Can I directly apply H4 status to H1B for Company B using I-140 of Company A. Any suggestions are welcome.
