On H1-B extension.

Hi All,

I am currently on H1-B extension and is working in US. My visa expiry date is Oct 15th, 2013.

I want to visit my home country in August, 2013 and will return in 1st week of September.

Will there be any issue if I go to my home country during extension period. I will make sure I will return to US before my visa expiry i.e. 15th Oct, 2013.

Please let me know your thoughts. Your help is appreciated.

wait for ext approval , so that you can have H1 extended expiration date on your latest I94.
