Help with Passport & H1-B name change

I would like to get some advice on how to change my Name in my passport, H1 B visa ,I 94 and SSN.

In my indian passport the

Given name is Rajesh Sharma

Surname is empty/blank

While applying for H1 B, they asked me to fill in the application as

Last Name: Rajesh Sharma

First Name: FNU

My I-94 also has the same problem as my H1 B visa…Now when applying for drivers license I am having issues with the name and would like to go back correct this issue.

I like to correct my name as

Last Name/Surname: Sharma

First Name/Given name: Rajesh

Any help with this really appreciated…

First the name change in the Passport and then everything else. If your company says JUMP, do you always Jump? Sharma is a surname. I am sure even you are aware of that.
