TPM Posted May 17, 2013 Report Posted May 17, 2013 I have a valid I797(h1b) from company A till August 2013. For personal reason I had to move to h4 last year. I know I have to file change of status from H4 to h1 to make my h1b active again. My question is if I want to file h1b again from company B can I do it after August 2013 or I have to do it before August 2013.
