Changed employer in 2009 on EAD, but have not filed AC21 or did not start any new labor/I140. Do I need to file AC21 or what do I need from the current employer to make sure there are no surprises? The job is similar category. Thanks...
pontevecchio Posted May 16, 2013 Report Posted May 16, 2013 I would suggest having a Lawyer go through your entire situation and guide you as to whether you should file at all or when you should file. I guess you do not want to make a mistake after all these years.

The job is similar category. Thanks... Its a confusing and tricky situation. There are cases where no AC21 was filed and all was good. However according to the experts its always safe to file AC21.
