little info and my approved visa may 14

visa was approved may 14 and questions where asked on h-1b pettion submitted to uscis ..

129, w2 pay stubs, h1b classifcation, all the supporting docs lca, cleint letter, and my opt cards and 140 pettion.

people here are also have 221g and had gone under admin processing with client, location mentioned in h1b pettion, and pims and other i just dont want mention.

for pims people i suggest you guys ask your employer..... when your h1b pettion was submitted to uscis a copy goes to uscis and kcc. when delay it employer responsbility.

Please have proper documentation.

on same day :

person before me was given client verficationa(221g) dn other person i seen next me was asked details from 7 years before and guess about his wife status too he was approved..was interview about more than 10 mins.

I assume you are giving the forum the benefit of your experience. I would add that clarity is possibly very important. I will also say that PIMS delays are not the employers fault. The process aims to eliminate the employer and the employee from influencing the system.
