H1B transfer after 6 year completion and PERM under supervised recruitment

Hi,

Would like to know what happens to the H1b expiry date when you change jobs after sixth year of H1b without I140 approval?

1. Will complete 6years of H1b in sept 2013. Current employer applied for PERM in July 2011 but went in to supervised recruitment (March 2012) and waiting to hear from DOL for further instructions on recruitment (haven't heard anything since June 2012 from DOL)

2. Current employer applied for H1b extension, based on pending PERM application and got H1b extension till 2015 March.

Question:

If you change jobs now, during the H1b transfer, will my H1b from new Employer be till 2015 March?
