Hi all i need your valuable suggestions

I have recently applied for first opt i got rfe after 4 months it states as following

Eligibility to pursue masters: submit documentary evidence to show that you had an undergraduate degree and satisfied the admission requirements prior to enrolling for masters degree program evidence may include but not limits to, diploma and official transcripts

My question is that i have already done my masters in India i.e. msc (biology) I got admission and visa based on my masters in mba later I have changed my major to mscs but when I have approached my college dean regarding rfe he is saying to submit my bachelors transcripts based on above rfe I am confused because eligible to pursue masters in us is 16 years of education am worried I don’t have any idea if i submit bsc transcripts, what will be the consequences ?

Please suggest me what to do should I submit msc transcripts or bsc certificates

Thanks and regards

You used a degree in biology as the prerequisite for a graduate degree in CS? I hope you have proof of a lot of articulation courses since biology training is not sufficient for graduate program in CS at legitimate universities. If you did not remove the deficiencies, they are quire reasonable to question the validity of your US MS degree.

Hi thank you for the replay in order to meet the course requirement for mscs i have done some prerequisites suggested by dean but my main concern is that which one should i submit bachelors or masters transcripts or both because eligibility to do masters in us is minimum of 16 years education if i submit bachelors transcripts it comes under 15 years of education.

On what basis you have applied for OPT? If you have completed Masters then you are eligible for OPT . If it is accredited university then USCIS have no authority to question on how you got admitted. It is totally dependent on the university admission policy. Most of the USCIS agents have no idea what they are doing because they get no training. or no credentials to work there. They are basically saying that we have authorized your university to admit intrnational students , charge them 3 times more tuition fees and when the time comes of get OPT & other stuff, we dont believe the university admission policy......
