Now I would like to apply for second masters, but my SEVIS is in completed status. So what are chances if I apply for ReInstatement. Is this a good option to leave the contry and come back (ReEntry)? or ReInstatement? Link to comment

USCIS is nowadays very strict on these things. As I've said lots of times, abuse of CPT is a career killer. Link to comment
