Hi ,

I have applied H1B for under 2013-2014 fiscal year . I got selected in Lottery System . I am waiting for my H1B approval . Now my Question is :-

I have applied H1b through a small Desi Consultant .

My friend told me there is lot of rejection from a small Desi Company.

Can i get H1b Visa Stamping from other good Company ?

If yes then how can i get H1b Visa Stamping from other good Company ? What they and i need to do for this .

If not then what's the best way for me .

The employer files for H1b with you as a beneficiary, so it is the VISA for the job the employer is offering and not to you as a person, like B1/B2.

So you cannot have H1b approved with one employer and stamped with other. You would need another employer offer you a job and apply for an H1 transfer, only when the transfer is approved and you get a new approved I-797, is when you get it stamped with the new employer. Hope this helps.
