pontevecchio
Check out "Successor in Interest".. Very simple. If Y wants to take over the responsibilities for your GC you are fine. dID YOU ASK? Link to comment
rajeshkunala
yep, They are ready to file I140 Link to comment
rajeshkunala
Now they are saying.. we can not file, as that labor filed address different than where we are currently present.. Is it so ? can't we file I 140 now with this new company Link to comment
pontevecchio
I cannot give you specialist advise. You would be better off discussing the matter with a Lawyer to suggest ways. The new company can always start from scratch though you would retain the PD. Link to comment
rajeshkunala
once, if new company start filing a new labor.. how i can use the old labor priority date.. as still i don't have I 140 with that earlier labor approval Link to comment
pontevecchio
You have no role. Y acquired X. So they have access to all your records including the I-140 approval. Link to comment
