sridharbingi Posted May 10, 2013 Report Posted May 10, 2013 My employer applied for my H1 in April, but so far we didn't receive the receipt number, does that mean my petition not picked up in the Lottery ? OR do we still have time to receive the receipt numbers ?
Mr. Posted May 10, 2013 Report Posted May 10, 2013 If it was picked up in lottery, you should have got by now. Even there are still few applications that are being processed. Also, from other forum, the CIS officer says the applications will be processed by May 20th for all those who are still waiting for confirmation. All The Best !

Mr. Posted May 13, 2013 Report Posted May 13, 2013 I have one of my friend's check encashed on Friday (05/10). He was AD-PP. But, since USCIS couldn't make the decision within 15days, his application was automatically degraded to Regular processing and only the check for that has been encashed. So, dont loose hopes.
