Veera1 Posted May 10, 2013 Report Posted May 10, 2013 If you mention the o1st H1 then you will get only stamping till August i.e., Just for a month so it should be 2nd, and this is the one you need to fill in DS160 and Apointment.

So I am in confusion state to go for stamping with second H1 before aug1. So, will there be any question on my first H1, if I go in june/july ? how much chance of getting visa in this situation?
