murthydara
Hi, I got EAD in last year, and I worked for the employer for more than an year after I got my EAD Approval. Now I have transferred to a new job and planning to file AC-21. But the new employer says, it takes some time to file AC-21. But my old employer said, he already cancelled my I-140. Does it impact my green card application? Appreciate quick responses? Link to comment
pontevecchio
AC21 is your responsibility. The only role in simplistic terms for the new employer is to provide a job letter laying down your responsibilities etc. Get a Lawyer involved in the matter. Link to comment
Belle
I did AC21 notification myself, and it took me 30 minutes to write that letter. Takes a long time, you say? Link to comment
