sjaju246 Posted May 9, 2013 Report Posted May 9, 2013 Hi, My h1b was applied for this year in 2013 and got selected in the h1b lottery. its still under processing at this point of time. But i was laidoff by my employer a few days back. They havent revoked the h1b yet. What options do i have in this case?
