H1B Amendment

Hi Friends,

I am on H1-B Visa and i have i-94 approved till 2016.I moved to a new client recetly.Does my i-94 date remains the same if i go for h1-b amendment? Do they consider it as a new petition?What would be the fee?

If you go to H1B Amendment its a new process and your end dates could change as per the new project end date on the client letter.

Yes they consider it as a new position

Not sure about the Fee but i guess around $330.

Each time you file a ammendment/extension/transfer are all NEW H-1b application. you can search in uscis for filling fees
