My brother is no longer on h1-b and since has moved to India. B-2 visa has duration for 10 years. so, they are willing to travel to US to visit me and my husband. My husband is on H-1B and I am on H4. For them to travel to the US what is the validity of the visitor visa. if the visa is valid, what are the documents required to carry to the port of entry. omshiv Posted May 9, 2013 Report Share Posted May 9, 2013 the validity of the Visa still remains 10 yrs....nothing is changed. there is no extra formality or documents necessary other than what they had with them last time...things remain the same...only on the I-94 form they would mention your address.
