The following are my stay details in US: Feb 2007- April 2007 – 2 months – In US, - as a Business Analyst May 2007 - March 2008 - 13 Months in India as - Business Analyst Apr-2008 – Jan-2010 – 23 Months in US – As a Sr.Business Analyst Feb-2010 to Apr 2010 – 2 months in India – As a Sr.Business Analyst Apr 2010 to May 2010 – 1 Month in US –As a Sr. Business Analyst Jun 2010 – July 2011 – 13 months in India – As a Manager with 24 reportees July 2011 to current – 21 months in US – As Manager with a 14 member offshore team L1B due to extention in Jan’2014 I recently applied for conversion from L1B to L1A. What are my chances?
