I am currently working with Company A on H1b and moving to Company B.I have valid LCA for Company A for my location.Do Caompnay B have to file a new LCA if i work on the same title and same location.Please advise.

What does your company B lawyer say about this? It's really his/her thing to worry.

When you change companies, your new company will need to do all the paperwork again, that includes a new LCA. I am not a 100% sure on this, but I would be extremely surprised if your lawyer says something else.

Moving from one comp to another comp needs H1 transfer, I guess that included everything in it.

Yes, you new employer absolutely needs to file a new LCA.
