Advance parole/EAD and effect on GC

Hello Everyone,

I had my I140 approved with my previous employer and I moved to a new employer. When suddenly dates became current, my previous employer had applied for I 485 in Jan 2012.Me and my wife have EAD's renewed until Jan 2015. Mean time my new employer had also applied for I140 and mentioned my I485 details along with it and it was approved. Recently I got an email from my previous employer that my I140 was revoked.I am planning on renewing the advance parole as I have not applied for one after initial 1 year expiry date. Do you see any issues with AP approval or GC approval once the dates become current? Thanks!

There will be no issues with AP approval as long as your I-485 is pending. Regarding I-485 and the new I-140, you should talk to a lawyer who knows all of the details.
