adithya201 Posted May 7, 2013 Report Share Posted May 7, 2013 I have applied for H1 transfer recently for moving from Company A to Company B. I was approved for 3 years H1 visa with Company A . My first H1 started Oct 1, 2012 and got transferred to Company B after 6 months, With Company B (Present Company) I got approved for 1 year only even though my employer had supporting documentation reflecting 3 years. Now for H1 extension after 1 year would I still have 4.5 years left on my H1 quota or how much years more I have for H1 extensions Link to comment
