H1b Transfer based on I 140 approval of previous company - Urgent Advice needed

I recently had Company B file H1b transfer based on the I 140 approval of Company A.

Attorney received an email from USCIS that the case has been approved.

Is that good enough for me to resign from Company A or should I wait for the notice hard copy to be received by the Attorney?

My current company will cancel the I 140 the moment I resign from them.

Company B is requesting me to join them asap

Can someone please answer my query? I am in need of urgent advice.
