Hi everyone !

Can anybody provide some details regarding the appointment at Visa Application Center (VAC)? (I will taking

Now that two appointments have to be taken, one at VAC for photograps and finger-printing and another at Consulate for actualy visa interview.

I have following questions with respect to this:

(1) What documents are required at the time of visit to VAC?

(2) Can these two appointments be taken at successive days or is their a requirement or rule that there has to be atleast 1 or more day(s) gap between these two appointments?

To schedule your OFC appointment you need have the following information and documents available:

1) Passport

2) Visa application fee(MVR fee) Receipt.

3) DS-160 confirmation page.

4) Visa appointment confirmation page.

5) Students may need to carry I20, and H1B workers may carry i-797 form.

5th one is not mandatory but good to have.

you can take appointments in two successive days.
