Change Job after EB3 to EB2 Porting

Hi Guys,

I appriciate if you can guys reply me as soon as possible.

With my current employer..

EB3..

PD: 2009

140 Approved

EB2..

-----

PD: 2012 Labor approved.

140 not approved yet. Filed in normal processing.

Now if I change the job...

1. What will happen to my old Eb3 priority date. As you can see my EB2 porting is not done.

2. If EB2 porting successfull, Will I Lost my EB3 priority date? Can my new employer can use EB3 PD ? as I will not be getting my EB2 documents from current employer.

Since your EB3 I140 is approved, you will be able to retain the EB3 forever even if you change employers now or EB2 porting is successful.
