Hi, I have both L1 and H1 filed by company A and both were approved in Dec 2010. Then company A sent me to US on L1. I have never used my H1. The petition end-date for H1 is Sep 2013. Now, I want to change my employer and want to use H1. Will my H1 still be valid after Sep 2013 ? Will I be eligible for cap exemption after Sep 2013. If I am switching my employer after Sep 2013 can I still use my H1 and switch the company. Please reply. Thanks.
