Help Needed!! Questions regarding my client letters.

Hi All,

I have my client letter which is been issued in Jaunuary 2013.

The letter says "my contract is till july 2013 with possible extension".

My visa appointment is in last week of JUN 2013 in calgary.

These are my Questions:

1) what is the solution if my client doesn't issue the letter with the recent date?

(I am sure they will not update it because last month my client said no more client letters.)

2) As my contract date is till july 2013, What is the best possible answer I can give if VO asks about my

contract extension? ( My client is already working on my extension but as they dont give any letters any more how can I convince the VO that my contract will get renewed?)

3) My client never mentions any vendors in the letter (not even prime vendor). To what extent it might effect my visa?

I work for State government.

Please advice me to the best you can

i am also in the same boat. I requested my client manager to put a line at the end of the client letter saying that ' the letter is still valid' with signature and date. And also i am getting updated vendor letter.

in the worst case. vo sends an email to manager for verification.

if you client is not willing to give any more client letter, please tell the vo that client will not issue a client letter for every 6 months. and also try to get an email from maanger that you are working at client.

1) Which model you are working in (EC, EVC or EV..C)? it will give you an idea, how much trouble u can be in.

2) If you are going for Visa interview in June, and your contract expires in July, dont you expect your company will have extension of contract/sow by then?

3) showing relationship is important, from employer to client, infact very important.

1. You need latest client letter.

2.Get the copy of PO.Again, nothing can replace client letter

3.Get the vendor letter.
