APPROVED H1B CAN I CHANGE JOB BEFORE OCT 1st

Hi,

Heard a lot about this forum, this is my first time I am trying I hope I will be getting good advice like other got here

Before I ask question, I am on OPT EXT right now which is valid till Dec 2013 and F1 Visa is expiring in July 2013.

I have got H1b approved this week.

So now I have two question

1) Can I change my job before Oct 1st, 2013? What would be the process after accepting new job?

2) Can I travel to India now and what about stamping?
