H1 approval

Hi All,

I have applied for h1 visa through a company X in masters regular quota. I am working in a contract with the client Y through Z to X(client --> vendor> employer) .My employer is X.Client Y offered me a full time job. I need answers for following questions:-

1) Moving to client Y before my h1 gets approved and suppose if i get a RFE then how could i support it.Because i will be no longer working for X . Can Y support in this case ?

what is your current status??

If you are on H1, then you can move to 'Y', if this is your first H1 petition waiting for approval then 'Y' cannot file your H1 before your current H1 is not approved.
