professorX Posted May 3, 2013 Report Posted May 3, 2013 Hi folks, My employer has filed a labor petition last year Feb,2012 . We haven't heard till now and the status shows as "In Process". There has been no audit or any query per say on it till now. What could be the possible reason for delay and how can this be pushed for a decision. Please advice. Thanks much !!
