harish@newyork Posted May 3, 2013 Report Share Posted May 3, 2013 Hi I got my petetion approved but my extension of stay in US was denied due to the status issues..I have a job currently and I am planning to go for my visa stamping..My consulate in the petetion is notified as Hyderabad.. I have a question..Do I really need to go back to home country to get the visa stamping or can I just get out of USA and come back with a visa stamping from else where?? I asked my employer and the attorney and they are saying that I can go to any US consulate and get the visa stamping .. Please do reply to this post..It is very urgent and I would really appreciate your suggesstions. Link to comment
